We’ve got the answers

If you’re moving to university accommodation or into a new home, we know that there are so many things to think about. Don’t worry, we are here to help and please see below answers to our most frequently asked questions. If you are in need of anything else please contact out team via chat below.

1.) When do I place my order ?

You can order now and select a date for delivery of your Bokz to your accommodation. We find this works very well and alleviates the stress of taking items with you on move in day. Alternatively dependent on the semester you have selected. We can deliver to any UK destination. We will contact you once an order has been placed to clarify delivery details.

2.) How do I know what size bedding to order?

Our Bokz has it covered. Our bedding is suitable for a standard UK double bed of 135×190. Some university accommodations offer three quarter beds but don’t worry, all our Bokzs contain a three quarter fitted sheet as an extra. Please note that our double duvet fits both bed sizes (three quarter and double).

3.) What size are your duvets ?

4.) What size are your pillows.

Our pillows are 45x75cm

5.) Can I order different colour bed linen ?

The Bokz uniform colour is our contemporary, cool white – we find this is the best colour to

accessorize with your choice of throw or cushion.

6.) I've opened the Bokz and one of the items is damaged ?

Although our Bokz’s are incredibly well insulated and quality controlled, accidents can sometimes happen. Please email or live chat a photo of the damaged item and we shall replace it.

7.) My order hasn't arrived, what should I do ?

Orders for university accommodation will be delivered to reception by 7pm. Enter courier

tracking number for live updates. For orders elsewhere in the UK, please use the tracking

facility.

8.) I want to return the Bokz ?

We are happy to accept returns of the Bokz as long as the items are all in their original packaging and are unused. Please note we are unable to accept returns of individual items unless they are damaged or broken in transit. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the Bokz or for the use of the collection service unless the products are faulty. Your refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt minus the initial carriage costs incurred by us.

9.) What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept all major credit cards, paypal, Klarna or chaps.

10.) What happens if I arrive at University on the weekend ?

Please select the Friday before your arrival to ensure that your Bokz will be waiting for you.
